Dr. Arina Hayati, S.T., M.T.Indonesian Chair
Arina Hayati has been working at the Department of Architecture, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya since 2009. Currently she is an Assistant Professor. Working as a lecturer and researcher with physical disability, her research explores the link between architecture and disability with an insider's perspective focusing on the field of architecture, inclusive design, and Environment Behaviour Study (EBS); not just from teaching and academic experiences, but also from understanding difference perspectives from stakeholders and NGOs. Most of her research projects were funded by the University and the Indonesian Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency (Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia). Arina earned a Certified Professional in Accessible Built Environments Level I - Associate (CPABE Level I) in 2020, issued by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), a division of G3ict. She has been appointed as the member of The International Union of Architects (UIA) - Region IV Work Programme on 'Architecture for All' (AfA) for the period of 2021-2023 and the member and committee on education of Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI Jawa Timur) for the period of 2021-2024. Arina is a member of the Advisory Board for the Australia-Indonesia Disability Research and Advocacy Network (AIDRAN) since 2018 and is appointed as Executive Director/Indonesia Chair of Yayasan Advokasi Inklusi Disabilitas dan Riset Aksi Network (AIDRAN Indonesia) in 2023.
Slamet Thohari, MAAdvocacy and Engagement
Slamet identifies himself as a person with a disability (wheelchair user). He is an experienced researcher, a teacher and a consultant working in the areas of disability issues including inclusive education, inclusive art, inclusive research, inclusive disaster risk management with skill policy analysis, delivering disability awareness, proposal writing, project management and stakeholder engagement. His professional experience includes working with projects funded by The Asia Foundation, USAID, DFAT, and British Council related to disability issues. Slamet is currently studying for his doctoral degree at the Institute for Culture and Society, Western Sydney University, NSW, AUS. With his expertise, Slamet assists AIDRAN in its Advocacy and Engagement Programs.
Nurul Saadah AndrianiProgram Director
Nurul Saadah Andriani received her Master’s in Constitutional Law from the Law Faculty of Gadjah Mada University. She has been working in the field of the rights of women with disability in Indonesia. Her research focus is on the rights of persons and women with disabilities, particularly on violence against them. She has worked and held managerial positions in international NGOs and Disability organisations since 2000. Nurul has more than 18 years of experience on gender and disability issues, practising advocacy regulation and policy, assisting and empowering persons with disability, and government and public services in Indonesia. She has experience in advocacy research and policy paper focusing on Gender and disability to the government in Indonesia. She has completed various studies such as the drafting of the Draft of Persons with Disabilities, and Government regulation on persons with disabilities. She published a book “Menguak Kekerasan terhadap Perempuan Disabilitas (Revelaing the Violence Against Women with Disability,” published on SAPDA on 2012, and “Penanganan penyandang disabilitas berhadapan dengan hukum di lingkungan pengadilan (Case handling of person with disability facing law in court), Mappi and SAPDA, 2019. She joined AIDRAN in 2020 to develop research with gender and disabilities perspective and meaningful participation of persons with disabilities in Indonesia.

Rahmatul Furqan, S.I.Kom., MGMCResearcher
Rahmatul Furqan is a lecturer in the Communication Department, Hasanuddin University. His research interests include media studies and communication development. Furqan earned a master's degree in Global Media and Communication from Melbourne University under the Australia Awards Scholarship in 2017. Prior to working as a lecturer, he had extensive experience working as a Journalist at Lombok Post (Jawa Pos group), and worked as a Global Partnership Manager at Golden Gate, an organization which focusses on overseas education.

Tommy is currently working as a Counsellor and Disability Advisor at the Center for Disability Services, Brawijaya University. Tommy has been a member and associate researcher for AIDRAN since 2019. Tommy's educational background is in Educational Psychology and Special Education. Tommy earns his master's degree in special education from Flinders University, Australia, sponsored by Australia Awards. His research interests are education for visually impaired, employment and disability, technology for people with disability, psychology and disability, inclusive tourism. Tommy is currently a PhD Candidate in Learning Technologies at Ohio State University, USA. Tommy has severe visual impairment.
Alies Poetri LintangsariTraining and Development
Alies has been involved with several diversity and inclusion practices specifically in the disability field. Her experiences as the disability support coordinator allow her to design and implement inclusive practices in educational contexts. She is the lecturer in the Language Education Department in Faculty of Cultural Studies Universitas Brawijaya and the coordinator of Monitoring and Evaluation Division in Universitas Brawijaya’s Disability Support Center. She is also the co-founder of tuliterate.com, an application developed for Deaf to learn Indonesian language supported by Australia Award Indonesia. She is interested in the study of Inclusive Education, specifically in Teacher Professionalism, Universal Design Learning, Inclusive Literacy, and Accessible Educational Materials (AEM). Currently she is working on the College Transition Program for Students with Disabilities.
Popon Anarita, MPPMQuality Assurance
Popon has worked as a researcher and MEL Specialist for over twenty years for leading development partners, including AKATIGA, Save the Children, UNDP, World Learning, The Asia Foundation, Institute of International Education (IIE), Saraswati and ILO. Most recently, Popon has advised on MEL design and managed the development of MEL online systems for large development programs. She also facilitated the Innovation and Collaboration for Development (In.CoDe) initiative that matched development practitioners with tech experts to address key development challenges in Indonesia, including in developing a disability inclusive program. Popon received her Master of Public Policy and Management from The University of Melbourne. With her expertise, Popon assists AIDRAN in Monitoring and Evaluation of its programs.
Unita Werdi Rahajeng, M.Psi., PsikologResearch Manager
Unita completed her bachelor's degree in psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada, a master's degree in Psychology and Certified Psychologist from Universitas Airlangga. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Psychology at Universitas Airlangga. Unita has been a Lecturer in Psychology Department at the Universitas Brawijaya since 2013. Her research interests are on lifespan development focusing on youth, adulthood, and elderly, disability studies, inclusive education in higher education and promoting inclusiveness for people with disabilities in a broad context.

Filipus Yudiandito, S.H., LL.MLegal
Filip received his S.H./ LL.B. from Universitas Gadjah Mada and holds an LL.M. from the University of Melbourne. He is currently taking his second master’s degree at Universitas Gadjah Mada’s Master of Health Law Program (Magister Hukum Kesehatan UGM). His research interests include disability studies, human rights, health law, trade law, commercial law, employment policies, and the intersections of the aforementioned fields.
Windhi Yuniawan, S.E., M.Mgt.(Acctng&Fin)Financial Director
Windhi is a tax analyst in Directorate General of Taxes, Ministry of Finance of Indonesia. Prior to working as a tax analyst, he had worked as a Budget Executive, Account Representative and Tax Collection Planning and Evaluation Analyst within the same organisation. He earned his fully funded Diploma III from State College of Accounting, received his Bachelor of Economics (S.E.) from Universitas Indonesia and his Master of Management (Accounting and Finance) from The University of Melbourne under Australia Awards Scholarship in 2017. With his expertise, Windhi assists AIDRAN's financial, accounting and budgeting matters.
Wan Putra completed his Master of Business from La Trobe University, a Graduate Diploma in Education, and a Master of Evaluation from the University of Melbourne. He recently completed a program monitoring and evaluation certification course from the University of Cape Town and is accredited by Mental Health First Aid Australia to provide MH First Aid. He has worked with in various programs in Indonesia in program development, management, and monitoring and evaluation as Manager for Sampoerna Foundation Scholarship Program, Advisor for BII-Maybank Foundation Scholarship Program, Capacity Building and MEL Specialist for LOGICA 1 & 2 Tsunami Reconstruction Project, Associate Operation Officer for International Finance Corporation. He currently involves as MEL Team member for Corethics Australia and Program Development Mentor for CitizenOs Indonesia/Estonia. With his expertise, Wan Putra joined AIDRAN to support the implementation of its programs.
