Our 2nd International Conference on Disability and Diversity in Asia will take place from the 24th of September until the 25th of September in Malang, Indonesia. Are you travelling from overseas, but not sure how to get to Malang, or where to stay? We’ve compiled some recommendations for international conference attendees below, including information on airlines, hotels, and accessibility.
How to get there
If you are traveling from another country to attend the conference, we recommend flying directly to Jakarta or Denpasar, and booking a domestic flight from either Jakarta to Malang, or from Denpasar to Surabaya. If you fly to Surabaya, be sure to factor in time to get from Surabaya to Malang on local transport. The journey typically takes about two hours.
